I recently bought this game called Jazzpunk when it went 20% off on Steam. I was powerless with my credit card that time because of the plethora of Steam ads and tweets promoting it. Obviously, their marketing worked on me. I bought it. Or maybe, I just like weird. So, there.
The game description says:
Jazzpunk is a comedy adventure set in an alternate reality Cold War World, plagued with corporate espionage, CyberCrime, and sentient martinis. Gameplay is inspired by spoof comedy films and cartoons of yesteryear, with a focus on weird gadgets, exotic locales, and open-world style exploration.
Jazzpunk doesn’t have realistic landscapes like in GTA V or humans feels like 2K14’s. Instead, it has blocky geometric shapes. It looks retro and the characters are shaped like, uhm, I’m not sure what. Like this:
The game is a bag full of random nonsense that will either make you laugh or get weirded out.
